Come breathe the sweet salty air, play with the sea turtles (yes there are SEA TURTLES!), free yourself of all your devices, stress, and anxiety for 6 nights and 7 days in Maui’s lush landscape and turquoise waters.  The island is simply magical, free of busy life, and full of nature, beauty, and healing.  Andrea and Lisa will guide you in daily yoga and meditation classes on the properties’ in-house yoga studio that is ‘oh so zen.’  Fresh Fruits and vegetables, snacks, and dinner are all provided for you from the local Maui markets.  You will also have opportunities for hiking, sailing, stand up paddle boarding, and plenty of beach and relaxation time. The experience will culminate with an intention setting Crystal Ceremony underneath the stars.

Yoga & Meditation:

Daily morning flow style yoga classes will be offered and (some) evening classes.  Early morning meditation will be followed by Conscious flow yoga. There will also be plenty of time to soul search, to be ONE with the sounds of nature, to journal, and to connect with Andrea, Lisa, and the other beautiful souls on the retreat.

 WHat is conscious flow YOga?

Conscious Flow: a class dedicated to the exploration of the body, mind, and spirit through the conscious cultivation of focus, awareness, and yoga philosophy.  Movements of the spine and major joints are emphasized in a substantial warm-up which leads into a progressive flow of postures interlaced with creative, intentional transitions.  This lends to having time appropriated to explore refinements the first time a posture is visited as well as experience a flowing, moving meditation. This class is intended inspire unconditional love of self and humanity.


what can you expect a typical day to look like?

 7:30 am - 9: 00 am: Yoga & Meditation

9:15am: Fresh, healthy breakfast

10:30am - 4:30pm: Excursions, time to relax/journal/swim, light lunch

5pm - 6:30pm: Dinner

6:30pm - 10pm: Optional Evening Yoga/Meditation, community/free time
